What we know about you
Almost nothing, and this page is the whole of it without the fog.
The short version
Nothing here asks you for anything. No account, no newsletter box, no form on any page. Write to us and we know your address; otherwise your name never reaches us.
Click through to the checkout and you have left this site. From there the seller's privacy policy applies and everything you type — name, address, card — goes to them without passing through us.
What the server records
Web servers keep logs. A line holds an IP address, the page requested, the time, the browser and operating system, and the referring page. They keep the site running and show what gets read, and they are deleted on a rolling basis.
Visits are counted with a privacy-respecting analytics tool. The most it reports is that a page was opened a certain number of times, with nothing attached to say by whom.
Affiliate tracking
This site earns commission on orders that begin here, which requires a way for the seller to see where a visit came from. Click an order button and a short code rides along with you. It names this website. It says nothing about the person reading it.
Block cookies or browse behind a tracker blocker and you can still order, at the same price.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookie and runs no retargeting pixel of any kind. Whatever the checkout drops afterwards is covered by its policy rather than ours, and your browser can wipe the lot on demand.
Send anything to hello@memo-hive.com and the message sits in an inbox until it has been dealt with, and a sensible interval beyond. No list is involved. Nothing is ever sold on or handed to a third party.
Your rights
Your jurisdiction may entitle you to inspect what is held, have it amended, have it erased or object to its use altogether. Email the request and it gets actioned — though more often than not the answer is that the file was empty in the first place.
Order data — the address it went to, the payment behind it — belongs to the seller, so a request for that has to go their way rather than ours.
Children
This is an adult product on an adult site. Nothing here is directed at children and no data is knowingly gathered from one.
Changes
Should this policy be revised, the review date alongside it moves as well. Substantive changes get spelled out on the page instead of arriving quietly.

Already ordered? The support address on your confirmation email is the one to use. Only that team can see the order or change anything about it.
