Sixty days from the day you buy, on any package, with no autoship behind it.
The window
You have 60 days from the date of purchase. Ask inside it and the purchase price comes back to you.
It counts from purchase, not from delivery, so shipping time comes out of the sixty days. Worth knowing if you are ordering from outside the United States.
Starting a return
- Open an email to the support address on your confirmation, and put the order number where they will see it first.
- Say you would like to use the 60-day guarantee. You owe nobody a reason.
- Do not put anything in the post until they have sent you an address to use.
- Post the bottles back, and hold on to the tracking reference until the refund lands.
When the money comes back
Processing begins once the returned parcel has arrived and been checked over, which normally takes a handful of working days. Whatever you paid with is what gets credited. After that it is your bank's timetable, usually another three to ten working days.
What is not refunded
Return postage is yours unless the seller asked for the item back over its own mistake. The $9.99 outbound shipping on the two-bottle package is generally not returned either. A handling fee may be deducted, and if one is, the instructions you are sent will name it.
Requests after the sixty days fall outside the guarantee. Support may use discretion; nothing compels them to.
There is no subscription to cancel
Every package is a single payment. No autoship is created behind it, no card is stored for a repeat charge, and there is no membership to unwind before a refund can be processed.
Who issues it
The seller does. No money passes through this website, no card number is stored here and we have no way of sending funds anywhere. The refund terms on the seller's own checkout govern your order and take precedence over anything written here.
Damaged or wrong on arrival
A different situation with a shorter path. Photograph the damage, send it to support inside a few days of arrival, and you will be sent a replacement or refunded. Postage for somebody else's error is not yours to cover.
Two inboxes
Already ordered? The support address on your confirmation email is the one to use. Only that team can see the order or change anything about it.
